Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

Express Shipping: 4-7 business days

Note: Delivery times do not include processing time.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment.


Shipping Issues

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it was unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Zindero is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
